About Us

Welcome to the world of Amazing Balloons. If you are thinking of sending something just a little bit different and special to someone then congratulations on finding us! You can choose from over 100 different balloons and say almost anything. All our 18" foil balloons are helium filled and float magically out of their box when opened. They are decorated with curling ribbon and sprinkled with sparkling confetti. Your personal message is attached to the weight that holds down the balloon. All our balloons arrive in tissue lined boxes adorned with ribbons and bows and are delivered by Royal Mail or courier on a next day service Monday to Friday. (Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge of £11.99)

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment from all major credit cards. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Shipping And Handling
Orders despatched to addresses within the UK are sent by Royal Mail or by courier. The cost of shipping is a flat rate of £4.00. Orders for a Monday delivery should be placed with us on the Friday before the required delivery date by 4pm. If your order is shipped on a Friday afternoon,Royal Mail sometimes attempts delivery on a Saturday morning, but this is not guaranteed.

For delivery on Saturdays: Saturday delivery by courier is £11.99, you must ensure the recipient will be in to receive the package as we can not be held responsible for non-delivery should they not be there to receive the gift.

For delivery on Mondays: Your order must be placed with us by 3pm Friday. We clearly mark all packages intended for delivery on a Monday to try and avoid early delivery attempts. No responsibility will be held by us for early deliveries made on a Saturday.

 

All deliveries require a signature. Where Royal Mail or our couriers have attempted a delivery and no-one is present at the delivery address to sign for the package, a card will be left notifying of the delivery attempt.
All deliveries, including details of who signed for the package, are available to us after 5.30pm on the date of delivery.
NO REFUNDS can be offered for deliveries which are delayed beyond our immediate control. Should your product arrive in a damaged condition or be lost, we will either refund your full payment or despatch another greeting or gift to the same value.
All refunds are given at our discretion and each case will be looked at individually.
Evidence of these circumstances will always be required by us and Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery by Royal Mail due to local holiday, adverse weather conditions which may hinder transportation of goods, industrial action of postal workers and other incidents which are beyond our immediate control. In such instances, we may only on occasion, be able to offer a refund of the postage incurred for delivery of your goods.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery is made up until 5pm on date of delivery.
All our balloons in boxes are sent by Royal Mail or our courier on a Next Day Delivery Monday to Friday. We cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday, so we recommend that you order your gift to be delivered on the Friday or pay the additional Saturday charge so your gift may be delivered by courier. Please place your order by 3pm for delivery on the next working day. We cannot guarantee any orders placed later than this time. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
VAT is included in the purchase price.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We use World Pay (www.worldpay.com) to authorise all online credit card transactions.
