Good Luck Balloons

Do you want to wish someone good luck, perhaps they ar about to take an important exam or even their driving test perhaps  Why not send them a sparkling metallic helium filled "Good Luck" foil balloon in a box.  We fill the balloons with helium and decorate it with ribbons, it is then lovingly placed in a big white gift box that is lined with tissue paper and we then sprinkle sparkling metallic confetti all over it with a handful of fairy dust, we handwrite your message on a gift tag or greetings card and attach it to the weight that the helium balloon is attached to. Finally we tie a huge bow to the handle of the gift box!
